IN THIS ISSUE:
FOR RETIREES THAT HAVE SUPPLEMENTAL HEALTH INSURANCE WITH THE SUSQUEHANNA CONFERENCE
As you've heard, your retiree health coverage (i.e., your "retiree health plan") is changing. After January 1, you will no longer have your current plan.
Instead, you will have a health plan that you select through OneExchange, a Towers Watson company. With help from OneExchange, the nation's leading provider of health care solutions for Medicare-eligible individuals, you can select Medicare supplemental coverage that fits your needs.
Please take these next steps:
- RSVP for a OneExchange workshop by contacting your annual conference. This is a great opportunity to ask questions and learn more about your future health coverage.
- Call 1-866-249-7785 to schedule your phone meeting with a OneExchange benefit adviser. This is important, as time slots will fill up. You can do this NOW!
- Enroll in your new health plan. (The deadline is December 31, but we recommend enrolling as early as possible to ensure your new ID card arrives by January 1.)
Please note: OneExchange telephone hold times may be longer during Medicare Open Enrollment: October 15 - December 17.
If you have any questions, please contact OneExchange at

INPUT NEEDED ON HOW TO BETTER RESOURCE CHURCHES FOR MINISTRY
Dear colleagues, especially clergy and church mission committee members,
I have been requested to get some input from you as to how we might be able to better resource your churches for ministry. If you could take just a few moments to fill out the following info, it would be greatly appreciated. As your connecting point between Global Ministries and our annual conference, it would be beneficial for me to hear from each of you to help support you and your congregations. Please feel free to be in touch if you need to share more detailed information or have questions. Thanks for your assistance.
