Please note that the Annual Conference dates for 2017 are earlier than in recent years. This will mean that deadlines for registration, technology requests for presenters, and vendor display requests will be earlier than in past years. Please be aware of notices as they are published.

Although registration is necessary for everyone attending the Annual Conference Session, there is no registration cost to attend.

The costs for those requesting rooms at the Hershey Lodge and meals at the 2017 Annual Conference are as follows:

Two Nights Lodging

As you plan your lodging options please consider a change to our Thursday morning agenda. The Thursday morning Laity and Clergy Sessions will begin at 10:30 a.m., this will allow an extra hour of travel time for those coming from a distance.

As of today, the registration period is set to open Monday, February 24, and will close Friday, March 24, at midnight. We have blocked (reserved) 500 rooms for our Thursday and Friday lodging, a limited number of single rooms will be available. If you desire a single room, we encourage you to register early in the registration time period.

If you are commuting, and therefore not requesting a room at the Hershey Lodge, but desire a meal package, you may request the meal package during the registration period. We are pleased that the facilities at Hershey Lodge will allow us this year to offer one seating per meal. The meal package cost for Thursday lunch through Saturday lunch (seven meals) is $150. The meal package cost for Thursday breakfast through Saturday lunch (eight meals) is $170.  Meal packages and individual meal tickets will not be available for purchase at Annual Conference, the meal package must be pre-purchased.
