Immerse yourself in living history and experience period music by Charlie Fry, Jeffrey Greenawalt, and East Berlin Community Singers. Explore a union Camp and witness the portrayal of James Maclay by Jeffrey Geenawalt. James is a local Franklin County miller who joined the war as an artillerist and fought three days at Gettysburg.
- Exhibits open at 2 p.m. - Exhibits and service free and open to the public.
- Portrayal of James Maclay and church service at 3 p.m.
- Pulled Pork BBQ meal at 5 p.m. - Tickets sold in advance for BBQ meal; cost is $10 (held at Church of God pavilion, 4521 Oxford Rd., York Springs, PA 17372)

All proceeds used to maintain and restore historic Rock Chapel Church, the oldest United Methodist Church west of the Susquehanna.
Rock Chapel Church receives grant funding from the Susquehanna Commission on Archives.

Halifax United Methodist Church, 105 Wind Hill Drive, Halifax, welcomes applicants for the full-time position of office manager. Enriched Christian faith, similar professional experience, and energetic passion to work in a vibrant and multi-faceted setting are essential qualities. In conjunction with the pastors, position will manage, supervise, and coordinate our HUMC staff and volunteer leaders. The new hire will possess strong organizational skills, computer knowledge, and general office capabilities, along with a friendly and social personality.
Salary will be commensurate with professional experience. Halifax UMC is looking to fill the position immediately.
Prior to hire, applicant must successfully achieve background check clearances for PA Child Abuse, PA Criminal History, and Federal Criminal History.
