IN THIS ISSUE:
IMPORTANT PROPERTY & CASUALTY PROGRAM INFORMATION
Contacts are now being made for the purpose of scheduling visits for the second phase of the current insurance appraisal project. This phase is limited to the Altoona and Williamsport districts. Mike Kreir from AssetWorks will be reaching out either by phone or email. Unfortunately, initial contacts within the past week or so were made using an outdated appointment list which led to some concern as to the legitimacy of these contact attempts. I want to assure everyone that any contact from Mike at AssetWorks is legitimate.
Please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions.

RETIREE HEALTH INSURANCE - ONE EXCHANGE
Medicare's open enrollment is an annual period from October 15 - December 7, 2017, that allows you to change your Medicare supplement or Part D prescription drug plan for the following year. You should have received a newsletter from One Exchange in early October regarding open enrollment.
If you are satisfied with your current coverage and don't plan to make any changes, then no action is required. Your plan will automatically renew and you don't have to worry about contacting One Exchange.
The Board of Pensions will fund the HRA (Health Reimbursement Arrangement) in 2018 for the same amount as in 2017. As you know, any remaining funds from 2017 will roll over into 2018.
