TRACY RADOSEVIC BIBLICAL STORYTELLER AND RETREAT LEADER COMING TO WILLIAMSPORT DISTRICT
Clergy and laity are invited to attend our February 28, 2018, supportive fellowship at Blossburg UMC, 108 N. Williamson Rd., Blossburg, PA 16912, from 9:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. This all-day workshop will feature:
Tracy Radosevic -Biblical Storyteller and Retreat Leader
All churches, regardless of size, have the capacity to be creative and intentional in their worship, which can include an imaginative approach to the Scripture presentation and worship theme by pastor and laity. Tracy is a dynamic, internationally-acclaimed, biblical storyteller, educator, and retreat facilitator. Since 1991 she has traveled all over the United States, as well as to several foreign countries, bringing her special brand of humor, insight, and faith to audiences of all ages through the power of biblical narrative. Among other degrees, Tracy holds a Master of Arts in Storytelling from East Tennessee State University, Johnson City, Tenn.; Doctor of Ministry-focusing on Spirituality for Life Together with a special emphasis on Digital Storytelling-from Wesley Theological Seminary. Most recently, Tracy was the presenter for the 2014 Bishop's Retreat.
Cost for the day is $20/person (includes lunch). Groups of four or more from one church can attend at a cost of $15/person.

DIRECTOR OF DISCIPLESHIP MINISTRY POSITION OPEN AT SHAVERTOWN UMC
Applications are being accepted for a director of discipleship ministry at Shavertown United Methodist Church, 163 North Pioneer Avenue, Shavertown, Scranton/Wilkes-Barre District.
The part-time director of discipleship ministry will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive plan of Christian faith formation and discipleship for all ages for our growing and generationally diverse church. The successful candidate for this ministry may be either laity or clergy.
Application deadline in March 15, 2018.
