FOR THOSE WHO HAVE LOST A SPOUSE OR A MARRIAGE
A "Beginning Experience Weekend" can be a great help in finding a new beginning to your life. If you or someone you know is experiencing the stress and grief of a loss of a marriage or spouse, consider the upcoming Beginning Experience Weekend, November 9-11, 2012 (begins at 8 p.m. Friday and ends at 5 p.m. Sunday) at Camp Hebron, 957 Camp Hebron Road, Halifax, PA 17032. A weekend works the best about 6 months after a separation or loss but even years after such an event in your life can be the right time. HOLISTIC LIVING AS A SPIRITUAL DISCIPLINE: A WESLEYAN PERSPECTIVE
HOLISTIC LIVING AS A SPIRITUAL DISCIPLINE:
A Wesleyan Perspective
You shall love the Lord with all of your heart, mind, soul, strength.
And you shall love your neighbor as yourself - Jesus.

Tuesdays, September 25th - December 11th

HAVE YOU EVER DIETED ONLY TO REGAIN THE WEIGHT?
BROKEN THOSE RESOLUTIONS FOR CHANGE?
WOULD YOU LIKE TRY AND BE HEALTHIER?

Karen Urbanski will be leading a twelve week study that incorporates healthy life-style choices with spiritual discipline. This is her project for her Doctor of Ministry degree, so you will be asked to take a couple of questionnaires and participate fully in the project. We will meet six times over twelve weeks including seminars dealing with healthy life choices. (Location: Wesley Foundation--State College). You will also receive e-mails or visit a blog site daily that will give pertinent information about balanced healthy living. During the twelve weeks we will follow the pattern of the Commandment that Jesus said was the most important: Loving God with all that you are!

Because this is a research project, there are some stipulations for participation.

CLICK for full details.
