Leading a Generosity Revolution - Tired of reading all the books, attending all the workshops and nothing ever changing?  Maybe, you need a Generosity Revolution. This workshop will lead you in the steps necessary to conduct not a stewardship campaign, but a revolution in giving and generosity.

Scott Mckenzie, first and always a pastor, and is currently a partner and Senior Vice President with Horizons Stewardship.   A full member of the Susquehanna Annual Conference, he has over 20 years of experience in stewardship development, capital campaigns, vision discernment and conflict management. Prior to his time in consulting, he was a local church pastor and the Director of Stewardship for the Western Pennsylvania Conference of the United Methodist Church. As a national stewardship consultant, he has worked with a wide variety of denominations including United Methodist, Presbyterian, Lutheran, Episcopal, and Roman Catholic.

Dr. McKenzie passionately believes stewardship is ultimately a question of faith development and discipleship. As a national workshop leader and conference speaker, he teaches stewardship as "grounded in gratitude, revealed in prayer and lived in faith." He holds degrees from Messiah College and United Theological Seminary. His Ph.D. is in spiritual formation from Duquesne University. He lives in York, Pennsylvania.  Scott is the co-author of Climb Higher: Reaching New Heights in Giving and Discipleship, Bounty: Ten Ways to Increase Giving at Your Church, and is author of a new book, Generosity Rising: Lead a Stewardship Revolution in Your Church.
