Chuck Salter has a background in business as well as the faith-based community. In his early career Salter was a small business executive in the telecommunications industry. As an ordained United Methodist minister, he has over 25 years’ experience in the strategic use of community demographic information. Salter has served as a church planter and denominational executive responsible for leading congregational development.
